Under tight morning deadlines, the team sourced, validated, and challenged prices across large volumes of financial instruments. Fixed-income sourcing depended heavily on manual work across multiple market-data sources.
What I changed
I selectively automated repetitive fixed-income sourcing steps, added checks and controls, and created a shared price-challenge tracker so resolved questions became reusable team knowledge. The tools and process improvements were shared with the wider team rather than kept as personal shortcuts.

Making timekeeping behavior actionable at enterprise scale
Problem
Improving timekeeping across a large technology organization required more than knowing the overall compliance rate. The team needed a reliable way to see where action was needed across roughly 6,000 employees and 700+ managers.
What I changed
I built and owned the data behind the current reporting structure used for the timekeeping function: identifying which employees required different treatment, surfacing recurring submission patterns and exceptions, and creating consistent reporting that colleagues could use to follow up with the populations they supported.
Direct result
Zero audit findings on the financial data reporting for timekeeping across three consecutive internal audit cycles.
Team outcome
The broader timekeeping program moved compliance from roughly 30% to 99%.

Building a more human interface to my professional history
What began as a practical need for a portfolio link became a broader information-design problem: how to offer a deeper view of professional work, explorations, writing, career context, and the thinking behind the work without reproducing a résumé online.
What I changed
I learned web and interaction design while building, explored several visualization approaches with AI tools, and exercised judgment over what to retain, reject, combine, and revise. AI helped generate possibilities and execute iterations; I determined what the site needed to communicate and how to respond to feedback. When the first homepage felt overwhelming, I reorganized it around progressive disclosure and a lighter front door.
Current evidence
The work is visible in the site’s information architecture, visual storytelling, and staged revisions. It remains a live project, with the structure and expression continuing to evolve.
